Production Brewer Vacancy
Our award winning boutique brewery has a permanent full-time production brewer role based in the scenic South.

The successful applicant will share brew duties with head brewer Steve Nally creating iconic gold-medal brews, like Pitch Black stout, B.man New Zealand strong pilsner, Smokin’ Bishop and Boysenbeery Fruit Beer – as well as a range of high-end contract brews.

This is an ideal position for a brewer with strong theoretical experience wanting to gain practical experience.

Brew your own
Our 1200 litre batch brewery is the perfect size to trial commercial brewing. We have limited space in our own brewing schedule to turn home brewers into microbrewers without the capital outlay. Not only will we build the beer or cider you want, we’ll ensure it’s stable and packaged to retain its full flavor. Either design your own brew or we’ll build one to your taste.

We’ll:

  • Provide our award winning brew team
  • Create a recipe or adapt your recipe
  • Select and source ingredients
  • Brew to order
  • Bottle and label (if required)

You need to provide:

  • The inspiration
  • Some perspiration (if you choose)
  • The name (and label if required)
  • Sales and distribution of your brew

Corporate Gifting and Promotions

If you want to attach your own quality brand to a quality beer, selected brews are available in clean-skin 330ml bottles.
