Our 7% Smokin’ Bishop is based on a German style bock beer with the addition of the distinctive flavour of our house-smoked malt.  The 2016 version is a showcase for native Rimu the end result is always a uniquely NZ Beer with a smooth rich mouth-feel, where smoke rather than hops gives the balance to the richness of the bock.
