Cherry Oak Spike is a sour fruit beer that is a continuation of the tribute brew for the late great Spike Milligan that’s been a work in progress since his death in 2002, an occasional a specialty brew.

Brewers Remarks:  This was an experiment in light using raw grains and going for lightest possible profiles of colour, mouthful and alcohol.  Brewed in 2013 as an experiment … we drank half then cellared the rest in oak for two years to to see what a hint of vanilla would bring to the mix

Low on alcohol,  and big on deliciously  light flavours, available on tap at Invercargill Brewery while stocks last.
