An effervescent cider made from selected Central Otago apple varieties to give the right balance of flavour and bite. ABV 5% and only 1% sugar.

Brewery Fresh 1.25l riggers are packaged in sturdy brown PET bottles to protect against the ubiquitous light strike. Before filling they are purged with C02 to guard against oxidation; and afterwards stamped with a two month best-before-date so you can be sure they really are brewery fresh. Delicious preservative free beers and ciders as close to the fermenter as you can get them without visiting a brewery.

6.5% Redolent of the Belgium-style kriek beer with a Kiwi twist. A light flavoured wheat beer brewed with a generous serving of berry to create a dark red brew with pink bead. It’s the 180 kilos of boysenberry we put into every 1200 litre batch that accounts for the full flavour and strong colour. It’s no surprise that it’s all berry up front, fat and smooth through the middle with a dry finish. The yeast provides hints of spice and orange for added complexity. Perfect served in a glass. Or two.

Sa!son – Single 330ml Bottle

This 6.5% ale is a New Zealand take on the French farm-house ales, usually made in early Spring and cellared until harvest. Upfront the aroma of the 2016 Vintage is dominated by orange. This hoppy, effervescent brew has flavours of prapefruit and orange which are crisp on the palate, before ending with a clean dry finish. A bitter-sweet memory of summer in a glass. Unfiltered.
