This 6.5% ale is a New Zealand take on the French farm-house ales, usually made in early Spring and cellared until harvest. Upfront the aroma of the 2016 Vintage is dominated by orange. This hoppy, effervescent brew has flavours of prapefruit and orange which are crisp on the palate, before ending with a clean dry finish. A bitter-sweet memory of summer in a glass. Unfiltered.
